About Raw Chef Olga

Raw Food Chef Olga is a graduate of and a certified gourmet raw food chef from the Living Light International Institute of Culinary Arts. Olga is passionate about bringing raw food knowledge to people and motivating them to live happy, long and youthful lives. She is a member of the International Anti-Aging Society.

Olga is also a certified educator in the Science and Benefits of Raw Food Nutrition. Through her company, Vitality Gourmet, she offers Individualized and Group Classes for Raw Food Gourmet, Raw Food Private Parties, Raw Dessert Catering, Private Chef Services, Raw Food and Lifestyle Consulting, Raw Food Kitchen Set- up in Los Angeles and Orange County, assisting people to transition to raw vegan diet , loose weight, gain energy and live longer, happier and youthful lives.

Olga has been featured as Rising Star Raw Food Chef at the International Vibrant Living Expo in Fort Bragg. Her raw recipe—Russian Borscht—was voted the Best Raw Borscht by acclaimed Raw Food Chefs and is now included in the daily menu of the Raw Food Cafe in the Fort Bragg.

Olga holds two graduate degrees—Master of Arts and Executive MBA—from three countries and has been a professional teacher and marketer for the past 20 years. As a member of the International Anti-Aging Society, Olga passionately follows the recent trends in longevity, raw health and beauty both in the U.S. and worldwide. She speaks German, Russian and English, has visited over 30 countries, and lived and worked in four. Olga lives in Long Beach, California and has a 21-year-old son and an 20-year-old daughter.
